Wetherby Farms is the first New Urbanism Neighborhood (also called Traditional Neighborhood Design) in Clermont County, Ohio. This high-density residential development features New Urbanism design elements such as front porches, alleys, and garages behind the residences. Lots are small and buildings are positioned close to the street. These features all facilitate a sense of community interaction and closeness that is absent from most suburban neighborhoods. This community is made up mostly of an older demographic of “empty nesters”.
